Aspire Higher Training was founded in March 2020 and is dedicated to empowering women to lift heavy and run fast. Whether you are training with us 1-1 or following the Rise Above It subscription program, we provide you with the tools, knowledge and support you need to achieve your fitness goals. We understand the unique challenges that women face in the fitness industry and we are committed to providing an empowering community that helps women break through these barriers and realize their full potential.
Our training programs are designed to challenge and inspire women of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. We believe that every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and capable in her own body, and our programs and resources are designed to help women create sustainable, long-term habits that support their overall health and well-being. Whether you're a beginner just starting out or an experienced athlete looking to level up your training, we are here to support you every step of the way. I grew up playing multiple sports from soccer to running track, but had to hang up the jersey and put my athletic ambitions on hold due to college commitments. Within my first year, I began gaining weight, but it was not the good kind of weight, and decided to hire a personal trainer. This is when I was first introduced to lifting and fell in love with strength training. Given all the benefits of weight lifting, I loved the confidence I felt in all areas of my life. I pursued my personal training career at just 19 years old and in 2020, I launched Aspire Higher Training. I have since helped coach women in strength training, endurance training, nutrition and injury prevention. I am now devoted to helping women gain confidence through strength, improve their overall performance and promote longevity in their training program. This helps my clients stay fully engaged, enjoy the process and above all stay injury free.
